Liposomal.ca publishes health information, so accuracy and independence matter. This policy explains how we research, write, review and correct our content.
Sources
- We prioritise peer-reviewed human studies, systematic reviews and official sources such as Health Canada, the Licensed Natural Health Products Database and the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements.
- We clearly say when evidence is limited, small, short-term, industry-funded or based only on laboratory studies.
- Every article lists its main sources.
Health claims
- We do not claim that any supplement prevents, treats or cures a disease.
- We describe nutrient roles in line with established science and Health Canada-approved claim language.
- We remind readers to talk to a health professional, especially about medications, pregnancy and chronic conditions.
Product mentions
- Brands cannot pay to be included, ranked or reviewed.
- Product examples are chosen for availability in Canada, transparency (NPN, dose, testing) and value.
- Prices are approximate at the time of writing and can change.
- Affiliate relationships never influence our conclusions. See our affiliate disclosure.
Updates and corrections
We review articles regularly and update them when research, prices or regulations change. If you spot an error, email contact@liposomal.ca. Significant corrections are noted in the article.
Use of AI tools
We may use software tools, including AI, to help research and draft content. Every article is checked against its sources and edited by our team before publication.
